- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm a parent that my child rented from Vito. A few minutes ago I was hung up on by this man. Let me explain. I wanted to get to the bottom of why my security deposit was not refunded inthe correct amount. So I decided to call and talk with Vito. I could not get a word in edgewise. He yelled and treated me horrible. I was calm at first. I let him vent. He charged us for a screen that was located in the closet. When I confronted him with the contract and the Pennsylvania landlord and tentant act he wouldn't talk about it. As he laid he phone down I could hear him talking bad about me as if it didn't matter. He charged us late fees but explained that loans were late that's out of control. However in the pennsylavania landlord tenant act..security deposits have to be refunded within 30 days it was 60+. And it was correct amount. My question was to him...I am being penalized for being late, but you are clearly breaking an agreement but it's ok. No pentalies for him. Vito was rude and down right unprofessional. After looking st all the other reviews surely this guy is not a great business owner. We are out money for repairs and late fees that really are overcharged. But hey if he can rest at night....January 13, 2017by Momx3boys
